2012
* We have not attended a bunch of shows in 2011 as we have been using time with friends, family and of all things: Just having days filled with love, fun and training things the dogs love :)
It is still a terrible ordeal for me thinking about the wonderful girls, Qi and Ready, that left us way too soon. I'm so glad poor Ready never understood the words of the envious people we dealt with earlier, as she became the victim of their oral attacks.
They both left a wonderful legacy in their children, our Q-, B-, C- and D-litters. Bless them all!!

* The Qi we all loved, the one that made us laugh and gasp at times when she dove off to whatever she considered to be fun at the moment -
She had her third battle with bloat this year tonight. It was my responcibility to let her go. Let her go to run the wild fields with Shacko, Melvin, Zeta and Ready.

April: The pups are born!
Just a short summary, more to come later, also pics!!
From 08.00 'til 17.00 Ready gave birth to 10 pups! 3 boys and 7 girls. We thought she was done then, but one hour later the absolute last girl was born!! :o)
3 boys, one with 3-4 crowns, the rest according to standard
8 girls born, 3 with obvious DS to the neck. Ready has now 5 glorious girls, all according to standard and 3 magnificent boys, one with the Picasso-ridge ;0) !
Pics of the mighty Diamant-litter will follow later today!!
2011
Winter 2010 - 2011
* As I write this it's exactly 30 hours until we all bravely enter 2011. This years results on the dog show areana has made us so thankfull.
Our darling Caos has been to just 2 puppy-shows and he's done great: Best of Breed and Best in Group (hounds and dachsen) both times :o)
And to top it all up: Beyo-Bel Beau Skywalker Indy has made it to the top of NRRK's "Gullhundlista" / Top Show Dog alongside Kangelani's Thanzi! Wivian and Jan Vidar: Congratulations!!
We also want to thank all our puppies families for all the good work they're doing with their Beyo-Bel Ridgebacks! We are more gratefull than you would ever imagine! Our main ambition is to breed worthy family members and it seems we're doing a great job at that. This would not be possible without you!
We hope you will all be blessed with a fantastic 2011!!!

*Tarujen Penzi aka Zorro has been DNA-tested for Degenerative Myelopathy. He is free: N/N normal! We are awaiting the same test-results for Ready!

Autumn/winter 2010
* Madame's Mentality test has it's oun link. As you can see she is more than a little bit shy of people, she avoids contact totally with strangers. So despite her courage and ability to overcome stressfull situations at the blink of an eye, she will not be used in our breeding-program. Madame is now owned by Wendy and her family were she's loved and cared for :-)
Late summer 2010

Our little sweet-heart B-B Bonny Madame took her Mentality Test in Sweden yesterday! Some surprises, and some as expected ;-) I've now witnessed the MH (mentality-test) with several of her close family here in Norway, and a lot has improved.
According to Inger Russberg, who lead the test (also on Indy’s test!!) she is quite uncomfortable and shows fear with people she doesn’t know. This put down a few things throughout the test, as some objects resemble people. But the courage is there as well as the ability to recover VERY FAST from stressful situations! Her curiosity also helped her along

* Our wonderful B-B Beau Skywalker Indy took the Swedish mentality test Saterday 21. August with flying colours! Through different events they test proven hereditary traits in dogs, such as fear, courage, stress-levels, willingnes to play / interact with strangers and check out if they're gunshot proof.

*Our beautiful Madame won yet another CAC today and was placed as 2. Best bitch!! Congrats to Wendy!!
* Time for normality now all the pups except Caos who'll stay, have left for their new homes.
This week-end: Indy BOS on Saterday, then BOB, BIG 1 and BIS!!!!! the following day!! His sister Madame won CAC and was 2. best female!! This is a dream-team!! :-O)
Sommer 2010
* The pups had a new visitor: Lero the German Shephard! Have a look at the newest pics HERE.
* As the pups turned 8 weeks, Wendy came and gave me the help I neaded to get stacked pics of the pups! Thanks, Wendy!!All the stacked pups are standard in ridge and colour, as darling Aslan (Edge) just left us and little Tiny couldn't tell the differance between my fingers and the food!
Young Copy is still looking for that home filled with love and lots of fun, so contact Hilde if you think your home is the right place for him!
* Some mixed pic's og the beauties the last 2 weeks here! They've all been out for several rides in the car, visited Sissel's home, the pet shop, been played and cuddled with kids from 2-70, and on Saterday we're going to the oldpeoples home.

*B-B Indy had an extraordernary week abroad! 3 shows on a row and he was placed 3. of 80+ RR's, 2. also with 80+ RR's and getting CAC and Reserve CACIB gaining his Swedish Champion-tittle, then 2. again next day! Then at the WW-2010 in Denmark he was placed 3. among 35 in his class!!
Just can't resist remembering the trip we had to Sweden with his Mum, Qi; 2nd the first day with CAC and gaining her Swedish Ch-tittle, then 1st place and BOB and the third and final day 2nd, just beaten by RV's Helinn! So I know how Wiviann feels! Whow!!
*A wondefull week-end, 19.-20th June; Our madame was BOS and won CAC in Sandefjord, huge thanks and congrats to Wendy!! And her brother, Indy was 3. best male in Sweden (breed entry 87) on Saterday and 2. best on Sunday (breed entry 81) with the CAC and thus winning his Swedish championship!!
Here at home we had visitores from Trondheim and Arendal, as well as from Tønsberg and Sandefjord! Thank you all for a wonderfull week-end! And special thanks to the 4-legged visitores: Asali, Qiro, Conan and Madame! Love you all 
Springtime 2010
* B-B Bonny Madame took home the CAC today  and her brother Indy was 3. best dog in Sweden!!
Congratulations to you both, you make me so proud!!
* What a week-end! We've been visited by three families awaiting a pup in a few weeks time, and we enjoyed every minute! While the last family was here, Wiviann called to let me hear Indy's critique from the days show;
Where he won his Championship title! CONGRATULATIONS WIVIANN AND INDY!!

* Sorry, here I've been selfishly thinking everyone is just interested in the newborns, but - HEI! Hilde! Wake up! May 21-23. there was the Norwegian annual RR special, this time in Trondheim. Three Beyo-bel darlings attended and they all recieved their ribbon for excellence! Qiro and Madame were both third in their class and that's no small achievement on that day! Congratulations! Indy was first in his class and ended up 3rd best dog at the show!
Congratulations to you all, and of coarse: Congratulations to all the winners!!
I have recieved so many phone calls and e-mails with praise of all three, it's just been like floating on the ninth cloud!

* Unfortunatly we found one DS. It was stuck between the shoulder-blades and hard to detect. There are now 3 standard girls :-(
*The wonderers are 7 days now and we will be taking individual pictures tomorrow, due to my total lack of sleep... Join us tomorrow!
* The conquerors are now 3 days and all is going well. Still no DS detected and the're all eating away all day long. Qi has decided to stick to a raw meat diet at the moment, and that's fine with me.
Ready's spending the day with my son so she gets enough attention, poor thing :-)
*The pups were born on May 16th. As Qi didn't get into labour as she should after the water broke, we finaly ended up with a C-section.
Sissel and I were apalled when the vet opened her and we saw the size of her uterus! Massive! There were 4 pups all trying to get out at the same time, so that's why poor Qi didn't manage this time.
She brought home 5 lovely girls, 4 standared and 1 with 4 crowns and a kincked tail and 6 boys, 1 with a small offset.

* Our very dear Melvin has passed over the Rainbow Bridge to join our dear Shacko.
* B-B's Qilroy Sipho has clear A's (0-0) on hips and elbows!
January 2010
* Qi's DNA test-results have come from VetGen: DD, BB, kyky and ay-ay. This meens she does not give dillute blue/grey or liver. She gives agouti pattern without brindling, light to red wheaten with or without a mask.
* B-B Indy taking home two CC's and BOB in january!!
* I have put in some info at the bottom of "NEXT LITTER" page.
* Info on the Q- and the B-pups is almost finnished. ( I need some new pics!!)
2010
Welcome 2010!
We have now entered a year I hope will bring lots of joy, not just for us at Beyo-Bel’ but everyone else too. First and foremost it’s Qi and Gatsby’s litter that excites us. All the e-mails and phone calls from RR-enthusiasts and some potential puppy-buyers that all have high hopes for this litter, makes us even more sure this is a really good match.
What pleases us just as much is that we have had several questions on when and with whom Ready will me mated! Just to let you all know; Not until next year

. The boy-friend to be, is just as happy-go-lucky as she is!
The B-litter will be 2 years come summer, and we’re expecting some champion-titles there now they’ll be old enough. Some have plans on agility and some in field-tracking, so we have lots to look forward to!
May all of you out there have just as high hopes as we do, and may this year grant you many of them to come true!
