Caos has been tested for several things already and will be further tested as he gets older.
X-ray hips: AA =

X-ray elbows: AA =
Exellent
Degenerative Myelopathy:
A/N carrier
Correct scissor bite, missing one P 3.
Dilute gene:
DD / non carrier
Eyes
will be checked in 2012.
Cardiac
will be checked from 2012 and forward.
To this day, January 31st, he has had absolutely no allergic reaction to anything and no other signs of any decease. Just a sore muscle 
after playing too rough.
As several siblings and halvsiblings on his fathers side have lots of black hairs in their coats he has been color tested there too:
ay ay, ky ky, BB
and the DD.
New from Vet-Gen in 2012 is this announcement:
* Research at VetGen and independently at the University of Saskatchewan has identified two new alleles in the E locus, Eg and Eh. These mutations are responsible for a reverse mask or widow's peak appearance in the "domino" Afghan Hound and "grizzle" Saluki (Eg), as well as the "sable" English Cocker Spaniel (Eh). Research continues to determine if they are responsible for similar appearance in additional breeds. *
Caos will be tested for (Eg) (and the "e" lokus) as soon as this test is available.
